You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse our intellectual property, or use the Website in a way that could harm BOLD CAVE or other users.

BOLD CAVE offers perfumes and fragrance products. Product descriptions, notes, photographs, sizes and packaging are provided to help customers make an informed purchase. Minor visual or packaging variations may occur. Fragrance perception can differ between individuals due to skin chemistry, environment and personal preference.

We aim to supply genuine BOLD CAVE products that meet our stated specifications. If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged or materially defective product, contact us promptly.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be shown at checkout, and customer shipping is FREE for every order. Prices, offers and product availability may change without prior notice.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for dispatch. We may cancel or refuse an order for legitimate reasons including stock availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, incomplete information, delivery limitations or legal requirements. Prepaid orders cancelled by us will receive the applicable refund.

You must provide valid payment information and be authorised to use the selected payment method. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of successful order confirmation/payment. After dispatch, delivery time depends on Delhivery serviceability, courier operations and the destination. See the Orders & Shipping Policy for details.

Cancellation, return, replacement and refund requests are governed by the Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in that policy is intended to remove non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

Promotions, discount codes, bundles and free gifts may have additional terms. Where promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotion terms apply to that promotion.

If you submit reviews, photographs, testimonials or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it. To the extent permitted by law, you grant BOLD CAVE a non-exclusive right to use such content for legitimate business and marketing purposes.

The BOLD CAVE name, logo, product names, packaging artwork, photographs, graphics, website design, text, videos and other original materials are owned by or licensed to BOLD CAVE and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BOLD CAVE will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the jurisdiction available to consumers under law, disputes will be handled by the competent courts/authorities at Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Website.
